The Basic Program is a new format developed and utilized
at the request of the Lewiston and Auburn Bureau of Health
to provide a course for frontline employees at an affordable
cost. It does just that and includes a textbook,
examination, and certificate of successful completion. This
is a half day class at a cost of $30 to $35 per person
depending on number of persons.
The class has been successfully used by restaurants, colleges, head start programs and Red Cross Disaster Relief as a short and informative food safety tool.
