Full National Certification course : Serv Safe 5th Edition Essentials Textbook used forTraining $129,($126 when prepaid) which is affiliated with the National Education Foundation Successful completion of course qualifies the recipient to a valid 5 year certification recognized nationally as well as in the State of Maine. Courses offered all over Maine and northeastern NH Good personal hygeine aids safe food handling with proper use of gloves. In addition we offer a Serv Safe   Basic low cost food safety class for front line employees or great as a refresher for experienced food handlers.  This half day class includes a textbook and certificate of successful completion for only $35. Serv Safe Employee Guide is utilized as the textbook for this class I will conduct classes in your town at your place of business when it’s convenient for you.
