Full National Certification courses include Serv Safe Training $129,($126 when prepaid) which is affiliated with the National Education Foundation and NEHA Training $102 ($99 when prepaid) which is affiliated with the National Environmental Health Association. Successful completion of both courses qualifies the recipient to a valid 5 year certification recognized nationally as well as in the State of Maine. Good personal hygeine aids safe food handling with proper use of gloves. In addition we offer a   Basic low cost food safety class for front line employees or great as a refresher for experienced food handlers.  This half day class includes a textbook and certificate of successful completion for only $35. Pre-register, pay 7 days ahead and save $3 per person for Certification and $3 for Basic Course. We will conduct classes in your town at your place of business when it’s convenient for you.
