Full National Certification courses include NEHA training $104 only available from DFS Services in Maine and Serv Safe Training $137,($132 when prepaid) which is affiliated with the National Education Foundation. Successful completion of both courses qualifies the recipient to a valid 5 year certification recognized nationally as well as in the State of Maine. Special MERA membership price $125 Good personal hygeine aids safe food handling with proper use of gloves. In addition we offer a   Basic low cost food safety class for front line employees or great as a refresher for experienced food handlers.  This half day class includes a textbook and certificate of successful completion for only $32 to $38 Pre-register, pay 7 days ahead and save $5 per person for Certification and $3 for Basic Course.
